If you sign this petition, we will include your name and Zip Code in whatever we send to Congress. (Your Zip Code is helpful because it correlates closely with your Congressional district.) We will not disclose your email address to Congress or to anyone else outside of the organizations that comprise Digital 4th (except, of course, to service providers in order to facilitate email delivery, list management, and other related purposes). We do not sell our email list. Digital 4th or the organizations that created Digital 4th (ACLU, ATR, CDT and Heritage Action for America) will use your email address to keep you informed of developments in our campaign to reform ECPA, including to alert you when there are upcoming Congressional actions that deserve your attention.
